Presenting ideas

After initial meetings with clients we will take their ideas and use our experience
to put together concept boards which will have coloured perspective drawings
(visuals), coloured layout plans mood boards with samples of materals and
colour and ideas on lighting, flooring and furniture. If this is agreed then we will
develope these ideas into working drawings that can be submitted
to all relevant contractors.

We can also manage your project to ensure you get value for money from all
sub contractors and we can offer the names of the best specialists in fitout.

We have a good knowledge of all planning and building control requirements
and have a good understanding of the licencing laws.
